About RSSL

The Religious, Secular, and Spiritual Life initiative works to make campus a welcoming and inclusive place for all. A hub within Student Life, we provide programs, resources, and partnerships to help you explore, practice, and share your beliefs freely—recognizing that values and beliefs shape how we connect, belong, and understand ourselves. Whether you’re deepening your existing beliefs or exploring new ones, we want to make it easy for you to find the spaces, people, and support for your journey.

The RSSL Steering Committee

Religious, Secular, and Spiritual Life is guided by a steering committee made up of members from across the university, including students, faculty, and staff.

Together, the committee helps advance the goals of:

  • Expanding opportunities for students, staff, and faculty to engage with diverse worldviews
  • Strengthening teaching, research, and scholarship related to religion
  • Increasing awareness of and access to religious accommodations and campus spaces
