Get Mental Health Support

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) offers short-term support for students. You can meet with a counselor on your own, with a group, or with a partner to talk about things like stress, anxiety, or relationships. To get started, just schedule an initial consultation online, by phone, or in person.
